The account you create is going to be used by you and only you. You also state that this will be the only account you use.

Your user name will be the name you use to log in. This name can NOT be changed. Your screen name which is the name that people will see can be changed with permission of a member of the administration only.

Once created your account can NOT be terminated or closed. You are also not allowed to create a new account if you no longer want the account you create now.

You hereby state that you will obbey the rules of certain sections like the forum rules on the forums for example.

You also agree with our Privacy Policy.

All members accept the responisibility for their contributions to this site. If you are an underaged user and therefore by law unable to bear any responsibilities, we must have the guarantees that your partents, guardians or other responsible persons accept the responsibilities for your presence here on our site, forums and other services.

Passwords You are required to create a password in order to create an account. You MUST keep this password secure under all circumstances, and if your password leaks out, the security of our site can require us to ban that accout from all services we offer on the spot.
We ask of you to take a UNIQUE password, and we recommend not to use it on other sites as we cannot forbid that. Since all passwords are secret (even to the administration) we cannot check your passwords on other sites. We can however not guarantee that other sites keep your password save, neither can we guarantee that other sites will not abuse your password on TBBS.

When you give us contributions of any sort, you guarantee us that you own the rights of that contribution or that you have permission of the rights owner to publish that contribution. The terms of copyrights TBBS uses are described here.

The administration can decide to modify this TOS any time they see fit without obligations to announce these modifications in any form. This also counts for all other sections with their own rules (like forum rules, copyright terms, etc).
